Rules and Regulations

This is a smoke and pet free environment. No more than 10 persons are allowed on the rear deck at one time. Guest vehicles will be towed at guest’s own risk and expense if the main driveway to the right of the house is blocked or vehicles are parked off paved areas. Immediately report any problems with the property, especially plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing, so repairs may be accomplished quickly. The charcoal grill in the garage is for guest use. Grill may not be used on the rear deck. The grill may only be used at ground level at least three feet from any structure. The wood burning fireplace is available for guest use. The damper is in the open position so please keep glass doors closed when not in use. Use only hard woods and/or commercially available “logs” designed for use in a wood burning fireplace.

Owner's Note: If you enjoyed your stay at the beach house please tell your friends. If not, let me know what I could have done to make your stay more pleasurable! I only take credit for good weather. Bad weather is your responsibility. :)

$1,000.00 Damage Deposit paid in full to reserve Willoughby Beach House. Rent paid in full prior to occupancy. (Paid monthly on extended stays)

Off- Season… September 15 – May 15. $115.00 per night with one week stay. $135.00 per night less than one week stay (Three night minimum)

In-Season… May 16 – September 14. $130.00 per night with one week stay. $155.00 per night less than one week stay (Two night minimum) 10% discount for Active Duty Military.
